Tennyson Townehome owners are required to provide notice to the Tennyson Homeowners Association Board or its delegated agent prior to the installation of any exterior cables, hardware, points of service, or any changes or alterations to a building which wold result, from te installation of an exterior television antenna, satellite television dish antenna, or internet reception dish or service. Have You Reviewed the Community Guidelines for Communication/Satellite Equipment Placement?
 
 
Will the installation be in compliance with all association acceptance guidelines (which include manufacturer's guidelines and applicable building codes)?
 
 
If "No", please make advance arrangements with the Community Manager and the Architecture Committee representative(s) to discuss the installation plan. At this meeting, you will need to provide informaton supporting the need for a non-routine installation.
Is a mast necessary for reception?
 
 
If "Yes", is the mast required to extend more than twelve feet above the roofline or extend to a height greater than the distance from the installation to the lot-line?
 
 
If "Yes", then you must submit an Improvement Application to the Committee using the Process for Submitting Applications for Architectural Changes, Replacements, and Improvements.
I will comply with all the Association's rules for installing, maintaining, and using antennas. I assume liability for any damage to Association and or other owners' property that occurs due to my antenna installation, maintenance, and use.

Cooordination of Installation with the Community Manager
It is the Applicant's responsibility to schedule the OTA Antenna or Satellite Dish installation at a time which is mutually agreeable with both the Community Manager and the Installer. The Community Manager must be contacted at least 72 hours in advance and be present at the time of installation to ensure the published Acceptance Guidelines are met and to grant final approval.
