1.  Parking Rules/Towing Policy

Vehicles may only be parked in designated areas, which includes the resident’s driveway and garage. Any other parking areas are for the temporary use of the residents’ guests. Residents must use their garages and immediate garage apron before utilizing any other common area parking spaces.

All parking areas other than a unit’s garage and driveway are subject to the following policy, in accordance with the Tennyson Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements, Article III Section 2.

Violations subject to a warning before being towed are as follows:

• Inoperable vehicles

• Commercial vehicles

• Boats or campers

• Trucks other than pick-up trucks or standard vans

• Trailers or recreational vehicles

• Unauthorized vehicles

• Unlicensed or non current vehicles.

A warning tag will be placed on the vehicle in violation. This will give the owner a three-day grace period to correct the problem.

If the violation has not been corrected at the end of the three-day period, the vehicle will be authorized to be towed. All expenses for towing a vehicle from the property will be incurred by the owner at the discretion of the towing company.

Violations subject to immediate tow (no warning tag given) are as follows:

• Blocking access to designated parking spaces

• Blocking ingress or egress to any garage

• Parking in an area other than a parking area

• Parking in front of a fire hydrant

• Blocking ingress or egress of a driveway

• Parking on or across a sidewalk

• Unauthorized parking in a handicap space

• Parking in a No Parking or Tow Zone

• Parking on the lawn

• Any vehicle that constitutes a hazard.

2.  Recreational Vehicles

Recreational vehicles may be in the community only for the express purpose of loading and/or unloading. This must be done in a period of time not to exceed four (4) hours following which the vehicle must be removed from the community.
