 There are 224 single-family Townehomes that wind their way through Tennyson. They are located on Lord Alfred Court, Bedivere Court, Gareth Lane, Percivale Court, and Caerleon Court. The Townehomes are in clusters of 4 to 6 units per building with a mix of 13 floor plans. There are two and three story plans and all have one or two garages. The Home Owners Association is responsible for insuring and maintaining the exterior structure of the Towne Homes as well as grounds maintenance.
