Who we are

The Tennyson Homeowners Association is an organization of homeowners. Everyone who purchases a home at Tennyson automatically becomes a member. As members we have a responsibility to vote in the Association’s annual meeting and any special meetings of the general membership.

What we do

Our responsibility is to preserve the values and amenities of our entire community. We do this by maintaining and administering our common and limited common areas and community facilities. We retain professional managers to provide us with expertise in such areas as maintenance, landscape, finance, architecture and communications. We also administer and enforce our community’s covenants and restrictions and disburse the charges and assessments.

Your interest

Whether you are a general member or also a committee or Board member, one thing is certain, you want our Association to operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The most important thing to remember about the Tennyson Homeowners Association is that we are a business. To be successful, we must operate like one.

We hope that you enjoy living in Tennyson and will be an active participant in our Community affairs.
Committee and Boards are always looking for additional participation and local expertise. You are invited and encouraged to volunteer.
