The Tennis Courts are for residents in good standing.  For the preservation, safety, and enjoyment of our residents, the following rules apply:

1. Rubber soled shoes and proper attire are required.

2. Small children, baby equipment (e.g., strollers) and pets must be kept outside the fence.

3. Play must be limited to one (1) hour when other residents are waiting.

4. Users are required to shut and lock the gate upon entering and leaving th tennis court to prevent unauthorized use.

5. Skateboarding, bike riding and rollerblading are prohibited on the tennis courts.

6. Tennis Court hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily from April 1st to October 31st.

7. After 6:00 p.m. and on weekends adults have preference for court usage.
