If you sell your home, with or without a realtor, you need to transfer not only your property but also the responsibilities of membership in the Association. You do this by transferring this Tennyson Handbook and the Tennyson/Drees booklet containing the Covenants, By-Laws and Regulations.

If you rent your home, you, as owner, should provide your tenant with copies of both publications so your tenant can be informed of the privileges and responsibilities of residency, including proper use of our facilities.

Whether you are selling or renting, please phone the Community Agent (see FAQs Page) as there are certain forms you will need to complete. You may also purchase handbooks through the Community Agent.

When selling, your buyer will automatically become a member of the Association and subject to the Covenants and By-Laws of the Association. The buyer will also be responsible for maintenance of any external improvements / modifications made by previous owners and approved by the Board. When renting your home, you and your tenant, will be held responsible to the Association for your tenant’s behavior.
