Townehomes are side-by-side, one and two story homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms and from 1� to 3 baths.  Units come with lower levels (some finished) and have either one or two car garages.  These are attached single family homes, not condominiums.  With Townehomes the Association takes on additional exterior maintenance responsibilities (roof maintenance & replacement, driveway repair, exterior painting, tree and shrub replacement, etc.). 

Patio Homes are detached single family homes, similar to what you would expect to find in neighborhoods across the country.  The only difference is that the community provides limited services (grass cutting and snow removal) which means monthly maintenance fees are lower than for Townehome owners.
