REPLACEMENT GARAGE DOOR POLICY

When Tennyson was originally built, all garage doors were selected and istalled by the builder.  The orginal garage doors installed on homes in the community were uninsulated wood-frame and composite board construction (builder grade) doors.  Nine designs were originally utilized within the community.  If the garage door(s) on your home become damaged or need replacing, you will be required to replace the original door with a new Raynor BuildMark steel door, color: ClayTone.  The original door design has been discontinued and replacement panels are no longer available.

In order to maintain a consistent style and theme within the community the new door must match, as closely as possible, the original garage door.  There are basically three door panel styles and two window styles in use in the community as shown below.  A few units have non-standard door openings.  These garages will need to use a more custom TradeMark series door.

Before replacing your garage door you must first obtain approval by fiing an Improvement Application.  If your request complies with this policy, it will be approved by the Community Manager.
