At the January 27, 2009 meeting of the Board of Trustees, the Board approved replacement of the existing exterior lighting fixtures with Progress Lighting, Coventry Traditional series lighting fixtures. This style will replace the existing brass fixtures listed on page 12 of the Homeowner Handbook as Replacement Exterior Lighting Fixtures for Tennyson Homes.
The Association will be replacing the fixtures on all of the Townehomes in 2009. Patio Home owners who wish to update their fixtures can use the information provided below to get an idea of what the new fixtures cost. See the bottom of the page for local and internet suppliers, or you can Google "Progress Lighting" and then the item number. Post and hanging fixtures are for Patio Homes.
