1.  Declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and reservation of easement for
     Tennyson Community


The small booklet, which you should have received when you became a resident here, will be hereafter referred to as “Declaration.” The Declaration contains such important information as your rights in and obligations to the Association. Its contents provide the structure for how we maintain and preserve our community as well as provide for the personal welfare of our owners and residents. You should review the Declaration and use it as a reference.

2.  Articles of incorporation

Found in your Declaration book under Exhibit “C”, this document establishes the Association and its purpose, structure and powers.

3.  By-laws and Regulations

Found in your Declaration book under Exhibit “D”, this document delineates our meetings process, election procedure, powers and duties of the Board of Trustees and the Officers, Board meetings, committees, insurance requirements and limited use restrictions.

4.  Tennyson Handbook

The Tennyson Handbook, an electronic version of which you are now reading, is designed to familiarize you with the Tennyson Homeowners Association, management, policies and procedures. A more comprehensive reference for most topics is the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, and By-Laws and Regulations. In the case of conflict between these three documents and the Tennyson Handbook, the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, and By- Laws and Regulations shall control.
