No lifeguard is on duty, so swim at your own risk.

The pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardian or babysitter who must be present with children in the pool area.

Resident children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or babysitter.

No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. All beverages must be in paper metal or plastic containers.

No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in or around the pool.

Balls, plastic toys, air mattresses, etc., will be permitted as long as they do not interfere with other swimmers. They must be removed from the premises after use.

All guests must be accompanied by a resident aged 14 years or older.

Pool furniture may not be removed from the deck area.

Proper swim attire should be worn at all times. No cut-off jeans please. Infants must be diapered and wearing rubber pants while in the pool.

No running or diving or ay other unsafe acts are permitted.

Residents shall not open the gate for anyone. All residents in good standing have their electronic keys (fobs) activated.

Please clean up after yourself and your guests. Leave he area at least as good as you found it.
- If you raise or use an umbrella, lower it when you leave.
The pool may not be reserved for individual parties. The pool is not accessible by a resident reserving the Clubhouse.
A proximity fob can be furnished upon request for a refundable deposit (see FAQs Page) The Board of Trustees has the obligation and the responsibility to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member that abuses his/her privilege or creates a safety hazard for others. Fobs are activated for residents in good standing only.
These rules are for your safety and swimming pleasure and may be amended by the Board of Trustees.
