Availability and Usage

The Clubhouse is available for use by community residents in good standing. A separate fee schedule applies to business events, or dates scheduled Tuesday through Thursday. (See FAQs Page.)

Reservations are made by calling the Clubhouse Coordinator not less than seven (7) days or more than a year in advance of the event. All dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and the Usage and Security Deposit checks. A Clubhouse Rental Agreement is available from the Clubhouse Coordinator. This must be completed and returned to the Clubhouse Coordinator to secure the desired date's) for your event. Detailed instructions accompany the Rental Agreement mailed to the resident.

The proximity fob is activated prior to the scheduled event providing the Rental Agreement and fees have been received.

Should the resident wish to reserve the Clubroom for more than one day within a sixty (60) day period; a single Deposit check is required. A separate Rental Agreement and Usage Fee check is required for each date requested. Separate Rental Agreements are not required for consecutive rental days. All checks should be made payable to the Tennyson Homeowners Association.

The Usage fee is non-refundable. The Security Deposit check will not be deposited and will be returned following the function if all of Agreement conditions are met:

  • The Clubhouse was left in an acceptable condition,

  • No damage or loss occurred,

  • The resident and their guests left by 2:00 AM

This responsibility will remain in effect until the Clubhouse Coordinator completes their portion of the checklist, assesses any damages and, as necessary, any review by the Board of Trustees. The resident will be notified of any damage found, repairs required, and of the delay in returning the Security Deposit because of the review by the Board of Trustees.

A resident may be denied the use of the Clubhouse for the following reasons:

  • Delinquency in payment of the Tennyson Home Owners Assessment

  • History of damage to the Clubhouse

  • Other reasons deemed substantial by the Tennyson Board of Trustees

The Board must approve any denials of use by a community resident.

The Clubroom is available between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM. If earlier access is needed for set-up, an additional day reservation is required. All functions and cleaning must be completed by 2:00 AM following your event.
