Clubhouse Rules

The Community Center is a Non-Smoking Facility.

  1. No pets are permitted in the Community Center

  2. The maximum capacity of the Clubroom is eighty (80) people.  It is your responsibility to control this limit.

  3. The resident reserving the Clubhouse must be in attendance for the duration of the function.  The resident is responsible for the conduct of all guests.

  4. All decorations must be free standing and none are permitted to be secured.

  5. Grills or fire pits are not permitted on the deck.

  6. The tables and chairs are stored on the lower level.  Please take them upstairs via the outside route and not via the stairwell.  The tables are too large to use the inside stairwell.  After the function, they should be cleaned and returned to the lower level spots were they are stored.

  7. Temperature settings inside the clubhouse during all functions should be set at 72 degrees in the summer months and 68 degrees in the winter months.  You may wish to make the adjustments prior to your function to assure your guests' comfort.

  8. All vehicles must be properly parked in the parking lots provided.  Parking on the streets or on private driveways is prohibited.  Any vehicle improperly parked may be towed at the owner's expense per the posted policy.  It is the responsibility of the resident reserving the Clubhouse to inform their guests about these rules.

  9. The swimming pool area is that area within the surrounding fence and containing the pool.  This area is strictly off-limits to the resident and their guests for the duration of the Rental Agreement, and the proximity fob is deactivated.  Evidence of a violation of this policy will result not only in the forfeiture of the security deposit and the resident may be answerable to the Board of Trustees and subject to denial of future rental privileges.

  10. A Cleaning Checklist will be left on the kitchen counter.  It is your responsibility to tour the Clubhouse prior to your function and note onthe Checklist any item soiled or damaged prior to your function.  Also, place a call to the Clubhouse Coordinator (See FAQs Page) as soon as any damage is discovered and report the discovery.  Be sure to include your name and time of the call.  Leave the checklist on the kitchen counter where the Inspector will use it.

  11. Clean-up following the function or event is the responsibility of the resident signing the Rental Agreement.  The Clubhouse shall be cleaned after your function in a condition suitable for use by another resident following your event.  There are supplies under the kitchen sink or in the Supply Room on the lower level.  The proximity fob will activate the Supply Room door.

    • Return all furnishings to their approximate original places.

    • Wash the counters, sinks and appliances.

    • Make sure the stove and microwave are turned off.

    • Run the disposal.

    • Clean the folding tables and chairs before returning them to the supply room.

    • Wipe smudges and spills from ledges, rails, woodwork, walls, cabinets, and tabletops.

    • Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture.  The vacuum cleaners are in the closet in the Clubroom.

    • Remove all waste, food, and ice from the Clubhouse and surroundings.  There are plastic bags under the sink for your use.  Bags of trash must be placed outside in the closed containers located at the bottom of the deck stairs.

    • Sweep; then mop the floors.  Broom, dustpan and mop are in the Supply Room on the lower level.

    • Clean the restrooms and empty the wastebaskets.

IMPORTANT:  The homeowner / resident reserving the clubhouse is responsible for the payment of repair or replacement of any and all damaged items.  This responsibility will remain in effect until the community agent completes their portion of the checklist and any necessary review of damages is assessed by the Board of Trustees.

The homeowner / resident will be notified of any damages and repairs to be reviewed by the Board of Trustees and of any delay in returning the security deposit pending this review.
